Reverend Jackson P. Sayer is a character in Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers, played by Carmen Filpi.
Biography
Reverend Jackson P. Sayer was a man who was searching for some unknown evil for thirty years. He also seemed to be an alcoholic which may have contributed to his state of mind. He saw Samuel Loomis on the road needing a ride to Haddonfield. On the way towards Haddonfield, he asked Loomis if he too was hunting evil. Sayer told Loomis that he could not kill evil like a man.
Notes & Trivia
- In the novelization of Halloween 4, After Sayer and Loomis part ways, Sayer decides to assist Loomis and heads off towards the police station to find him. Once Sayer leaves the station, he walks right into Michael Myers. Michael gouges out his eyes. Later on, Loomis, Sheriff Meeker,Rachel Carruthers and Jamie Lloyd arrive at the station. Sayer staggers out of the bushes with his eyes gouged out and leaking pus and blood. He tells them how he saw the true face of evil after all those years. He is then taken off to the hospital.
